Dozens of bikers are still recklessly passing on Jalan MH Thamrin, precisely starting from HI Roundabout until Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat. According to City Police Traffic Director Sr. Comr. Restu MB, this morning as many as 10-15 bikers were caught passing on Jalan MH Thamrin.
